Lamentablemente, el Sepla ha confirmado en rueda de prensa que hará huelga el 18 y el 29 de diciembre.
En Iberia pondremos todos los medios a nuestro alcance para paliar los efectos de esta huelga en nuestros clientes. El Ministerio de Fomento tiene que decidir qué porcentaje de vuelos están protegidos por servicios mínimos.
En cuanto conozcamos los mínimos, reorganizaremos la operación e informaremos de vuelos afectados. Facilitaremos cambios de vuelos o fechas, y reembolsos de los billetes para dar alternativas de viaje a los pasajeros afectados.
Os recordamos que habitualmente están protegidos todos los vuelos con Canarias y Baleares. También suelen estar protegidos más del 90 por ciento vuelos de largo radio. Y protegidos una buena parte de los de corto y medio radio.

Unfortunately, Sepla, the Spanish pilots’ union, has confirmed in a news conference that there will be a strike on the 18th and 29th of December.
At Iberia we will avail ourselves of all means at our disposal to minimize the effects of this strike on our passengers. The Spanish Ministry of Development will next decide what percentage of flights are protected by «minimal service» guarantees.
As soon as we know these minimal service guarantees, we will reorganize operations and will announce affected flights. We will facilitate flight and date changes as well as ticket refunds so as to offer affected passengers travel alternatives.
We remind you that normally all flights to the Balearic and Canary Islands are protected. More than 90% of long-haul flights are usually also protected, and a good portion of short- and medium-haul flights as well.
